Polyethylene (PE) pipe for gas applications

The PE gas pipelines manufactured by Huaxi Village fully meet the requirements of the national standard GB15558.1-2015 (Polyethylene Pipes for Underground Gas Pipelines). The production process strictly adheres to the ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality management systems. Under the specified service conditions (referencing CJJ63-2018), these pipelines have a service life of up to 50 years. A comprehensive quality assurance system, advanced testing methods, and stringent inspection procedures ensure the superior quality of our products. Over the years, our company has maintained a 100% pass rate for pipe products and achieved a 100% qualification rate at the factory exit.

Product Details

hs Earthquake-resistant and weather-resistant

It has strong adaptability to uneven foundations and misalignments, and can withstand harsh environmental conditions such as earthquakes and typhoons.

hs Ultra-high strength

Always maintains high strength, excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, and good creep resistance.

hs Corrosion-resistant

Corrosion-resistant, no need for anti-corrosion treatment, and long service life.

hs Environmentally friendly and non-toxic

Non-toxic, safe and hygienic, polyethylene itself is a non-toxic, recyclable material that does not pollute the environment.

hs Easy to install and maintain

Easy and reliable connection, simple construction and maintenance (without interrupting water supply during the process), suitable for both open-cut and trenchless technologies.

hs Resistant to low-temperature impact

It has excellent resistance to low-temperature impact and can be safely used within a temperature range of -20°C to 40°C, with no adverse effects on winter construction.
